Staffworks is looking for a Prep and Packaging Team Member to join our team. The P-N-P team is responsible for preparing metal for the galvanizing process and packaging the finished products.
Responsibilities:
Prepare metal materials by removing contaminants to ensure proper zinc adhesion during the galvanizing process.
Operate equipment to safely move, load, and unload materials through various stages of production.
Package galvanized products accurately based on customer specifications and order details.
Organize and distribute empty pallets to maintain efficient workflow.
Assisting with plant production schedules as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work in all temperatures, outside
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Follows written and verbal instructions with accuracy and reliability.
Maintains a safety-focused mindset and works well in a team-oriented environment.
Shifts: 1st shift and 2nd shift available
