Job Description: High Profile Nanny
Position Title: Nanny
Location: Los Angeles based- Must be available to travel constantly
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a warm and welcoming family seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly skilled nanny to provide exceptional care for our child with special needs, specifically focusing on autism development. Our ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care and attention to child(ren), focusing on their unique developmental goals.
Develop and engage in structured and unstructured play activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Assist with daily routines, including feeding, dressing, bathing, and other personal care needs.
Foster a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the child(ren)'s well-being at all times.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child(ren)’s progress, challenges, and any significant observations.
Collaborate with other caregivers, educators, and therapists to maintain a consistent approach to care and development.
Manage and participate in sensory activities designed to enhance the child(ren)’s sensory processing skills.
Encourage independence and support the child(ren) in developing life skills.
Adapt care to meet the changing needs of the child(ren) as they grow and develop.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with children in a celebrity or UHNW home.
Relevant certifications or training in education, development, or related fields (e.g., ABA certification, CPR/First Aid, etc.).
Strong understanding of developmental stages and challenges associated with autism.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience with assistive technology and adaptive tools for children.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Work Schedule:
The position requires flexibility in hours. Evening and weekend work will be required depending on the family’s needs. The schedule will require consecutive five days a week from 10 am to 10 pm. THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE PARENTS NEEDS.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, etc.
