We are seeking a part-time contract lead hunter who is creative, tenacious, and driven to get in front of decision-makers who need reliable marketing partners. The right candidate will thrive on making connections, staying ahead of leadership changes, and standing out in a crowded space—all while maintaining the integrity and values of Gemini.

This role has uncapped earning potential. You will be rewarded with a base salary and bonuses for qualified leads and conversions to customers. If you can show promise within the first 3-5 months, this role can transition into a full-time position.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate qualified leads in Home Services, B2B, and Healthcare verticals.
• Schedule meetings with key decision-makers for our sales team.
• Creatively identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Use your network and digital marketing expertise to drive new business for Gemini.
• Stay informed about shifts in leadership and industry trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain the core values of Trust, Integrity, Excellence, and Commitment in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working or selling for a digital marketing agency.
• A general understanding of the Home Services, B2B, and/or Healthcare industries.
• Proven ability to generate leads and get meetings scheduled.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a unique approach to lead generation.
• A self-starter with a relentless drive for success and a network to tap into.
