We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Part-Time Server to join our team at Addington Place of Shiloh. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction through attentive service and a positive attitude. • Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns.
• Process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to create a seamless dining experience.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experiences.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in a serving or customer service role preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
