Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group Northridge is seeking a Pediatrician to join our established primary care clinic in Northridge, CA. Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time pediatric position with a balanced outpatient and inpatient schedule
• Shared pediatrics call rotation with family medicine physicians
• Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a team-based, patient-centered care model
• Supported by on-site lab, imaging, and specialty services

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
• Salary Range: $250,000 - 290,000 annually + productivity incentives
• Signing Bonus up to $40k
• Relocation Assistance up to $20k
• Student loan repayment up to $30k
• PSLF Eligible

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Pay Range
$120.19 - $129.80 /hour
