Job Description:
Evaluate, plan, implement, and educate clients for optimal reintegration into home, work, and community. Provide rehabilitative services including referral interpretation, evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning for all ages. Focus on improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and preventing deformity in patients with diseases or injuries.
Qualifications:
Active license to practice Physical Therapy in Iowa.
