Work Schedule

• 4-day clinical week (Monday-Friday) with 3 clinic days, 1 combined surgery/clinic day
  
  
• 1 administrative day per week (remote work permitted)
  
  
• 1:4 call schedule with hospital reporting within 30 minutes when on call
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care with a patient-focused approach
  
  
• Perform surgical procedures including cesarean deliveries and gynecologic surgeries
  
  
• Attend an average of one birth per day (approximately 360 deliveries annually)
  
  
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation including weekends and weekdays
  
  
• Travel between multiple clinic locations as needed
  
  
• Document patient care and manage records using EMR system (Meditech Expanse)
  
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality and safety
  
  
• Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment
  
  

Job Requirements

• Board Eligible (within 1 year of graduation) or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Completion of ABOG or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Active or eligible for Ohio medical license
• Active or eligible for DEA license
• Ability to report to hospital within 30 minutes when on call
• Clean malpractice and licensure history highly preferred
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• Visa support candidates (J1/H1B) considered with disclosure
• Must become Board Certified within required timeframe if Board Eligible
