About the Team Join our TikTok-PGC team and play a vital role in empowering creators around the world! As a Creator Growth Operations, you'll focus on enhancing the experience of professional content creators (PGC) on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short video space. If you're passionate about content, have an eye for trends, and enjoy building global connections, this role is for you. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for high quality entertainment content growth, creators' and agencies' growth, to bring more creativity and value to TikTok. 2. Design and execute scalable growth strategies, on the basis of deeply understanding entertainment content ecosystem, creator and agencies' needs. 3. Conduct research on content products and entertainment industries worldwide, to discover new opportunities. 4. Collaborate closely with Product and Global Operation teams to drive our success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor and above, use English as a working language. 2. 3 years + working experience in internet content platform companies, being insightful in content products worldwide. 3. Working experience in the entertainment industry and working overseas is a plus. 4. Good at thinking logically, able to understand complicated situations, define problems and develop approaches to achieve goals. 5. Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination and pushing forward things, being result-oriented. 6. Have empathy for users, being able to deeply understand creator's demands. Preferred Qualification -Proficiency in using Chinese as working language as the role will have some collaboration with local and global teams, including teams based in China where Chinese will be used in daily work.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $202667 annually.


Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.


Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
