You’ll be the go-to point of contact for both field crews and customers, managing communication, scheduling, and project updates from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: 🔹Customer Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during their projects
• Proactively update customers on timelines, milestones, and any changes
• Help resolve project issues quickly and professionally

🔹Scheduling & Logistics

• Coordinate field crew schedules with customer availability
• Track project progress and milestones to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

🔹Operational Support

• Support the operations and sales teams with administrative tasks and follow-ups
• Use CRM and internal tools to keep everything organized and on track

What You Need to Succeed: ✔Key Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
• Professionalism with customers, crews, and internal teams
• Tech-savviness—comfortable using CRMs, digital calendars, and messaging tools

✔Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, dispatch, or project coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or issues at once
• Familiarity with scheduling tools or customer service platforms is a plus
