Project Manager – Residential Construction
Location: Boulder/Denver Front Range, CO

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee all phases—bidding, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, client relations, and close-out.
• Financial Control: Own project P track costs, forecast variances, drive change-order approval, and maintain target margins.
• Team Management: Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Client Experience: Serve as the single point of contact—build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless, white-glove experience.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous refinement of our systems and workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Project Management in high-end residential construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget (margins ≥ 15%), and to exacting quality standards.
• Exceptional financial acumen: adept at budgeting, forecasting, and change-order negotiation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; decisive problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across job sites.
