Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced shift manager to join our team at Chiang Mai Liberty Village. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation at our Liberty Village location. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Expectations

  • Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and take out flow including third party platforms
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional customer service
  • Support their team and ready to develop the team’s skills, performance and goals
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in accordance with company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Check and monitor server/bar/host cashouts and side duties
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance
  • Committed to to professionalism and delivering high-quality service
  • Reliable and motivated with a passion for exceptional food, hospitality, and customer service

Requirements/Skills

  • Smart serve certification
  • Food Handler
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry for at least 2 years
  • Basic bartender knowledge
  • Committed to professionalism
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Snappy POS systems is a plus
