Guide teams in Agile, support team rules, facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote quality practices, build high-performing teams, coordinate with other teams, support estimation activities, and provide feedback for improvement. Lead regular Agile sessions such as team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation. Advise government personnel on incremental changes for continuous improvement in products, services, and process standardization. Minimum Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline Benefits : Includes 3 weeks of PTO (including sick leave), with unused PTO paid out at anniversary. Provides 2 floating and 8 public holidays annually.
