This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to fulfill the staffing needs of the organization. Reporting to the President, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization maintains a high-quality workforce that aligns with company goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
• Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with department heads and team members to identify current and future talent needs.
• Grow and expand talent development programs to nurture and grow our employees' skills and potential.
• Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize our talent management processes.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in full life-cycle recruitment with a track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent.
