Summer Internship Program

The program is a 12-week paid internship immersive experience that provides functional learning working on robust and challenging project work and exposure to Danaher Business System fundamentals. The program culminates with a report-out presentation to leaders from the organization.

This position is part of the automation department located in Marlboro, MA and will be on-site; however, there may be some limited opportunities for remote work as project allows.

You will be a part of the DeltaV automation team and report to the automation manager responsible for DeltaV product care.

The Automation Engineering Intern for Cytiva is responsible for helping develop software solutions to drive improvements in our DeltaV library. In this role, you will have the following opportunities, but are not limited to:

• Participate on an Agile Scrum team, working as a team member and independently.
• Work cross-functionally to generate concepts and optimize solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate on requirements, design optimization, root cause failures.
• Development and execution of a test strategy for design solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a hard science with preferences for Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience with hands-on lab testing and lab report generation.
• Preference will be given to students that have completed at least three years of study.

The hourly range for this role is $30.00. This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the rate of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
