• Is passionate about sexual wellness, with either experience in the field or a strong desire to become a part of it
• Can confidently communicate and educate clients about sexual wellness products, benefits, and overall health
• Works well in a team environment while also being able to function independently
• Previous retail sales experience is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and interact with positivity, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Assist clients in identifying the right products based on their individual needs and preferences
• Provide education and guidance on product categories, benefits, and safe use
• Communicate confidently with clients about sexual wellness, products, and educational resources
• Maintain a professional and organized sales floor and back office, including daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, glass cleaning, and sanitizing tasks
• Keep shelves stocked and displays appealing to clients
• Complete all duties associated with opening and closing per company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Successfully complete a 90 business-day training program and demonstrate full mastery of Sultry Company processes
• Commit to completing a one-year Sultry Company extensive sexual wellness education program to ensure a deep knowledge of products, wellness, and client education
• Actively participate in team meetings, ongoing education, and continuous personal development
• Attend mandatory meetings and classes held on some Sundays as part of Sultry's commitment to ongoing professional growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience (POS system knowledge required)
• Must be 21 years or older with valid ID
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in basic math and cash-handling for POS transactions
• Must be available evenings (until 10:00 PM), weekends, and some holidays, with flexibility for business needs
• Ability to work some Sundays for staff meetings and educational classes
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
• Must demonstrate a professional appearance and the ability to engage with diverse client personalities
• Must be energetic, positive, and enthusiastic, with a problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset
• Must submit and pass a Department of Criminal Justice background check
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is strongly preferred
• Must sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect company, client, and product confidentiality
• Must agree to a Non-Compete Agreement as a condition of employment

• Pay: $10.00 $13.00 per hour (based on sexual wellness education and experience)
• Remote Work: No, in-person only
