Exciting opportunity available at the expanding Keller Williams office in Burnsville, MN for the position of Executive Team Leader. We are looking for a full-time, dynamic leader with a successful leadership background not focused on sales. The ideal candidate should have some knowledge of KW systems and business models (although not mandatory) and be willing to relocate to the Burnsville market.

We are seeking an accomplished individual with a solid track record in leadership and high levels of productivity. The candidate must possess exceptional charisma, energy, and drive in all aspects of their life. They should excel in communication, effortlessly connecting with others, and demonstrating a passion for influencing and leading. Our ideal candidate strives to establish the leading real estate company in the local market, excels in agent recruitment and influence, and aligns with the Market Center's vision while effectively utilizing Career Growth Initiative tools. Compensation:

  • Competitive On Target Earnings of $175,000-$225,000
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) of 3 weeks annually
  • Opportunity for great bonuses

Responsibilities:

What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
  • Attain a dominant market share in target markets
  • Build Market Center to acceptable profitability

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire)
  • Share Market Center value/opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates
  • Share Market Center value with recruits
  • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in recruiting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must
  • Proficiency in goal-setting, planning, and ensuring accountability is essential
  • Strong problem-solving abilities are required for this role
  • A proactive and positive attitude is a key attribute
  • Above-average skills in recruitment are necessary for success in this position
  • Preferred experience in career development and training is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in residential real estate is a crucial requirement
