The purpose of the position is to provide ongoing assessment of staff member educational needs. Through utilization of adult learning principles, to strategically design, implement and evaluate educational offerings that meet the needs of care providers.

QUALIFICATIONS
License /Certification
Required:
CA RN license
BLS

Education
Required: BSN

Preferred: Master's degree

Experience
Required: Minimum of two years recent experience as an RN educator.

Experience in nursing education, staff development, curriculum development and implementation of multifaceted teaching interventions to varying adult learning styles.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to present formal and informal educational offerings.
