Job Summary

Assist in the daily tasks of the department needs. Documentation and detail is extremely important. This is a fast-paced environment, adaptability is necessary. Meeting deadlines and being efficient is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and enter information to required daily and weekly reports with accuracy
• Accuracy of documenting and reporting required documentations to HR within specified time frame
• Review daily absences, request for time off slips, check for missing hours in KRONOS (time keeping program)
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping of employee vacations, raises and transfers, daily changes
• Assist with personnel relations; discipline, benefits information & emergency phone calls
• Miscellaneous duties: ordering supplies, printing labels, job postings, coordinating meeting schedules, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
