• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)\n
• Duration: 8 weeks (Start: 11/15/2025 – End: 1/10/2026)\n
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night)\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Weekend/Holiday Rotation: As needed\n
• Floating: As needed to PCU, Medical-Surgical (MS), and Telemetry units\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1700–$1820\n

\n\nICU RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (critical care nurse)\n
• Active Minnesota RN license (Minnesota healthcare jobs)\n
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (required upon submission)\n
• Ability to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units\n
• Strong clinical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit\n
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform life-saving interventions\n
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and families to develop and implement care plans\n
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
• Float to Progressive Care, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units as required\n
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled\n
