Job Description & RequirementsRegistered Nurse – Circulating OR Nurse\n\nShift: Day | 5x8-Hour (06:45 – 15:15)\nLocation: Salinas, CA\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCirculate in the OR for surgical procedures\n\nProvide direct patient care based on individualized plans\n\nEducate patients and families on care plans and post-op expectations\n\nCollaborate with surgical team members, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals\n\nMaintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards\n\nParticipate in continuous quality improvement and nursing practice development\n\nParticipate in on-call rotation as scheduled\n\nRequired Certifications & Licensure\n\nActive CA Registered Nurse (RN) License\n\nBasic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association\n\nAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)\n\nPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)\n\nQualifications\n\nPrevious circulating OR nursing experience preferred\n\nStrong clinical judgment and communication skills\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment\n\nCommitment to patient safety and quality care
