The Superintendent will lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects valued at $25-50+ million.   • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
  • \n
  • 10+ years of lead superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • \n
  • Proven background with large-scale, ground-up projects in diverse markets
  • \n
  • Stick frame experience strongly preferred for upcoming project
  • \n
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as projects demand
  • \n
