Depot Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $85,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)
• Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility to include the warehouse/distribution center.
• The Manager will partner with safety, quality, maintenance and supply chain in receiving and dispatching shipments, and stock control.
• Manager’s primary responsibility is ensuring efficient and safe production to meet company goals by optimizing performance, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining cost-effectiveness within the facility operations.
• Responsible for staff management of supervisors and production workers, managing schedules, resolving issues, and implementing improvements to production processes.

Depot Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent problem-solving skills
