Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finishing Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial interior finishing work, including doors, trim, cabinetry, vanities, and caulking. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality finishes that reflect craftsmanship and precision, all while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install and finish interior doors, baseboards, crown molding, vanities, and cabinetry
Apply caulking and finishing touches to deliver a polished final product
Execute custom trim work and millwork installations with precision
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Safely use hand and power tools for fine finishing
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Work independently and collaboratively with trades and team members
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in finishing carpentry or a related trade
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
Skilled in trim work, cabinetry, door installation, and caulking
Ability to work from drawings/specs and deliver work with attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
