🩺 Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Home Health | Texas License Required

📍 Location: Various locations across Texas (Flexible scheduling available)
💼 Permanent Position | Full-Time or Part-Time

🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care to medically fragile patients in the home setting
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with accuracy and care
• Complete thorough and timely documentation of nursing actions and patient responses
• Educate and support patients and families on health management and disease prevention
• Follow individualized plans of care developed in coordination with physicians and clinical teams

✅ Requirements to Apply:

• Active Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License (Required)
• Nursing license in good standing
• Excellent attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Strong organizational, time management , and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Home health experience preferred , but not required
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship provided)
