Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Deep understanding of Oracle VCP modules such as ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning), Demantra, and IO (Inventory Optimization), GOP(Global Order Promising)
• Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle VCP modules to optimize supply chain planning processes ·
• Design, configure and implement Oracle Value chain planning modules like ASCP Demand Management (DeMantra). ·
• Must understand Supply Chain process optimization and have clear understanding on forecasting, planning and inventory management. ·
• Should know integration details between ASCP and EBS.

Good-to-Have

• Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and integration with VCP.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
• Ability to perform business process mapping and requirements gathering

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• To provide configuration and operational support to the Oracle VCP(Value Chain Planning) modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Design and develop process flows, perform gap analysis, and provide functional specifications for customizations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams to resolve system bugs and enhance functionality.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, process documentation, and configuration guides.
