Senior FP&A Analyst

This role offers the opportunity to manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for both domestic and international operations, contributing to the financial success of a leading organization in the energy sector.

Primary Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A Analyst role:

• Assist with business financial planning and forecasting, both domestic and international
• Prepare short-term budgets and long-term corporate models
• Develop and maintain management reporting tools and dashboards
• Drive transparency and improve predictability of financial outcomes
• Collaborate with various teams on planning strategies
• Assist with monthly and quarterly statutory reporting and external audits
• Support the preparation of annual and semi-annual market reporting
• Promote ERP modernization and develop dashboard reporting
• Provide constructive commentary and insights to management
• Prepare investor presentation materials and support financial reporting to the Board

Primary qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• MBA, CPA / CA or CFA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is essential
• Proficiency in ERP systems and planning software, preferably IBM TM1
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
