We’re not your average print shop — we’re partners to our clients, offering full in-house production, real-time communication and results that matter. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Account Executive who’s ready to sell smarter — not harder.

We’re seeking a motivated, self-starting Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. You’re proactive, resilient, and not afraid to make a cold call, send that follow-up, or show up with solutions. You know how to work independently, but you also value collaboration with internal teams to ensure every project runs smoothly from sale to delivery. If you’re tired of being held back by poor backend support or capped commissions, this role is built for you.

• Prospect and close new B2B clients in core sectors (e.g. political, franchise, union, nonprofit, and corporate sectors)
• Manage your pipeline and sales activity through CRM (we use Pipedrive)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and production handoffs.
• Develop existing and past client relationships to grow accounts and uncover new opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the Image Cube brand with professionalism and integrity

• Self-motivated and driven to hit goals
• Honest, clear communicator with clients and team
• Proven sales experience: cold calling, lead nurturing, and consistent follow-up
• Ability to create proposal and deliver effective presentations
• Confident negotiator who can think on their feet and close effectively
• CRM discipline and strong organization skills
• (Bonus) Experience in print, direct mail, signage, or marketing sales
