About the Organization Transformation House is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, we are a 245G Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility. We have three residential sites, in Anoka and Fridley, and we have two sober living facilities, in Champlin and Fridley. Location Anoka, Fridley Full-Time/Part-Time -unspecified- Description Transformation House offers a comprehensive internship program. By partnering interns with a Professional, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, students will learn the practical and clinical skills to start their careers. Transformation House has both residential and outpatient programs. Men's residential located in Fridley, MN, and Women's residential located in Fridley, MN. Both programs offer high and medium intensity. Our Recovery Hub located on the river in Anoka has a full outpatient program offering day and evening tracks and soon to add an afternoon track. Transformation House is accepting internships at all of our programs. Students will facilitate groups, do individual sessions, participate in weekly multidisciplinary staffing, and gain the experience of all 12-core functions, utilizing clinical skills. Position Requirements Must be a student at time of internship, enrolled in an accredited alcohol and drug-counseling program, Must be willing to submit and pass a DHS background study Pay Range $18-$20 per hour EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
