About the Role
The Company is in search of a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead their team in driving revenue growth and expanding their market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and executing the sales strategy, particularly as the company transitions from midmarket to enterprise-level sales and explores new opportunities in adjacent spaces. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling sales teams, managing complex sales cycles, and driving annual recurring revenue growth in the B2B SaaS sector. The Head of Sales will also be instrumental in the go-to-market strategy for new product offerings, with a focus on data solutions, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 2 years' of sales leadership experience and at least 5 years' of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably with a background in commercial real estate, banking, or related industries. The role requires a strong leader with excellent coaching abilities, capable of mentoring a high-performing sales team and driving consistent achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, and team development, and be adept at working with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance sales performance. A successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in multi-year contract negotiations and complex sales cycles, is essential.
